Bastet is a quest character and possible Broodmother of cat-girls found in the Deserts Region. Based on ancient Egyptian mythology, like the human Matriarch Nut, her story and conversation option contain insight into the life of ancient Egyptians.
"Finding yourself in yet another of the jungles sustaining themselves in the harsh desert you spot a feline creature in one of the trees. As you approach the pink cat-girl lazing in the tree her ears twitch in your direction, yet she merely continues to play with what appears a minor rodent."
Notes
Her character was among the first ever written for the game and has changed during several overhauls. In the final release she had a far more standard role in contrast to her first story layout, where she lived with the player and was shown in the residence picture.
