Matriarchs are Human quest characters able to be brought to Camp and impregnated for children with appearance similar to their mother. Each matriarch is based on an individual mythology. There are 11 Human (i.e. two in each starting region except the Desert with three) and 5 Elven Matriarchs. The Human characters use porn stars for their scenes/images while the Elven characters use anime characters.
Note: It takes 9 in-game weeks for full pregnancy.
