Met as a random encounter while exploring the Plains Region, she can become a household lover for the camp and give birth to 12 different daughters of mature appearance.

"You find yourself face to face with a woman, finely aged in all the right ways. She doesn't seem hostile either, but merely looks at you with pleased interest."

Her character is inspired from her namesake Sarai or Sarah of the Hebrew Bible. Her story contains elements from the Old Testament and her stories elements from the New. Her pictures are from the porn star Ava Addams.

Her story takes place in ruins fitting historical accounts of Jerusalem and includes descriptions of the First Temple. The temple does not fit the time frame of Sarah in regards to either mythos or history.
