Tiamat is the broodmother for Dragon-girls and can be found in the Plains region. Her name derives from the ancient Mesopotamian religion (Sumerian, Assyrian, Akkadian and Babylonian), where Tiamat is a primordial goddess of the ocean, generally described as a dragon or sea serpent. The Enûma Elish (i.e. the Babylonian creation myth) states that Tiamat gave birth to dragons and serpents among a more general list of monsters, which is her link to ancient mythology in the World of Gaia, where the Player Character can take on the role of her mate in the breeding of the new dragon race.
Tiamat's artwork is of the character Rin Drave from the visual novel Sei Monmusu Gakuen drawn by artist Bubuzuke. Tiamat is assumed to be a daughter of an uncorrupted Champion of Mareth from the text based Corruption of Champions game as she mentions coming through a portal from Mareth.

Step 1[]
Explore the Plains region until you encounter some "strange lights" that lead to a "semi-intact temple". Choose to Climb the stairs followed by the only option available: Turn around. Then choose to Greet the strange creature followed by the only available options: Ask about the lights, then And about the portal..., and finally Tell Tiamat. Tiamat will explain the set of lights are from a portal she needs to activate to return to her home of Mareth. The player determines Gaia's crystals could reactivate the portal but the crystals were made to create life. Choose Use them anyway followed by This is fine... (the other option causes her fly away in despair and never return - removing her as a broodmother).
Step 2[]
Explore the Plains region until you encounter Tiamat's temple again. Choose the only options available. This step will need to be repeated a total of 8 times and the options are listed below. Through the players encounters bringing Tiamat the needed crystals she becomes attached and decides to stay.

Explore the Plains region until you encounter an abandoned Ziggurat or temple. Build the Dragon Temple which requires 200 wood, 300 stone, and 5 human daughters to build.
